VOTE 1 James Walker for Councillor and Mayor
Hi, I’m James Walker.
The Eastern Shore is my home. It’s where I grew up, where I have a podiatry practice, and where Alison and I are raising our family.
Clarence deserves a Mayor who can harness the strengths of every councillor and the organisation — levelling with the community rather than managing the message. A Mayor’s first job is to hold the chamber together so they can set the direction for the bureaucracy. That means treating every elected member as a partner.
I am standing for Mayor and Councillor because local government should deliver the basics well
